We have a mirror in the entry of our home. Written in red lettering on the mirror is the following phrase:

"THE BEST THINGS IN LIFE AREN'T THINGS"

In golf terminology that might be interpreted this way -Maybe the important thing in golf is not how many pars or birdies we had today, or what score we shot. But perhaps we should appreciate the game for the time away from our hectic lives at work & home, the exercise we get, and above all the relationships that we can cultivate and enjoy with our playing partners. Maybe what I'm trying to say is - "It is still a Game, enjoy it."
